What is so Attractive about ATTRACTION MARKETING ?
ATTRACTION MARKETING has changed the way network marketers conduct their business. As a multi-level marketing (MLM) representative, you no longer
have to contact one person at a time when your business can attract hundreds and even thousands every day on a website.
Instead of going to a meeting for a product demonstration, some network marketers and other professionals are producing videos to promote their business.
Most of them are pretty short and done with their own camcorder. Others have longer interviews and conferences that are very effective. Plus, you have a lot of outlets to showcase these videos.
This is thanks to the power of the internet and one of the many positive things it brings to us.
Here are some reasons why attraction marketing is so attractive --- People come to you about your business instead of you chasing them. - You can reach an audience any time of day or night, 365 days out of the year. - A visitor has no pressure to buy anything. - A visitor can return often or not at all. - A visitor is not always hammered with sales pitches. - You can position yourself as a mentor, even if you're not an expert. It's much like the "I'm not a doctor, but I play one on TV" approach. What? You're now viewed as an expert? Believe it or not, if you have a video that is informative, you instantly add a lot of credibility for yourself. Unless you sound completely ignorant, you will be perceived as an expert on the subject, whether you are or not. This can create a strong connection to your potential customer or representative. When you teach your visitor something solid and constructive, you will increase your sales in the long term. When you have multiple videos or a lot of content on your website, people will feel like they're getting to know you. Many people are having amazing results with Attraction Marketing. You can build lists of prospects from people you never knew before and follow up with them. It's great for getting new customers and representatives each month. When you do it right, you're financial worries will soon be behind you. As you probably guessed, there's more to it than just making a video and posting it on YouTube. Just because you post a video doesn't mean that you'll have a successful campaign. There's a strategy behind it and ways to get a lot of clicks.

Keep this in mind, though. Avoid giving sales pitch after sales pitch in your videos. People like content that they can take something solid away from it. Otherwise, you'll be viewed as a salesman and they won't return. The differences between Attraction Marketing and the old method of building a big business. This is a night and day difference between the older and newer methods of running a successful business. Let's look at the old way first. The warm market didn't last long before you ventured out making cold calls. That meant coming out of your comfort zone and making conversation with people. Many network marketing companies encouraged you to talk to people within 3 feet of you. Some people have the natural ability to do that. For many others, including myself, that was going too far out of our comfort zone. Network marketers resorted to a few other recruiting methods that were neither taught nor endorsed by MLM companies. But, many business owners used them for a long time because they saw some success with it. Here's a list of them:
- Putting Sizzle cards all over the place. (One of mine is pictured to the right) Most of the cards I placed were at ATMs and gas pumps. I would get some responses, but not enough to explode my business. - Putting Signs alongside busy roads and intersections. I'm sure you've seen plenty of "WORK AT HOME" signs on the streets before. I talked to a few people that would pick up a representative or two that way. I never did this approach. - Buying Leads from a lead generation company. Some of these got pretty expensive after a while. Some lead generation companies included an autoresponder that you had to pay rent on every month. In addition to that, not all of these leads were serious leads at all.
Here is my story of how I became a false lead.
- Buying expensive newspaper, magazine, radio and television ads. This is what serious network marketers would do as a sure-fire way to get people to contact them. Obviously, this was something only wealthy network marketers would be able to do.
The old method of making cold calls would involve a lot of sales pitches to close on prospects. After they saw a business presentation, you could not let that person think about it for too long. Their excitement about the business would decrease significantly after the meeting. Once in a while, you would get a new representative into your business and you would be faced with another problem. Will they be as passionate about the business like you? Finding people who had no problem sponsoring others was the biggest challenge. Many people couldn't duplicate the effort that you may put into the business. Many new representatives would quit and have buyer remorse. With Attraction Marketing, you can get people to come to on you at a fraction of the cost -- including FREE methods. A visitor may find you on the internet through a variety of different ways. Maybe they saw one of your videos and were intrigued to learn more about it. They read more information on your website and may do more research on it at their own pace. If they want more information, they will leave their email address or phone number. When they do that, you have a hot new prospect for your business. This is the best kind of network marketing lead you can get. Cold calls to these prospects have thawed out considerably when using the Attraction Marketing approach. They may know a lot about the business from information you have provided on your website. There are still people who don't do anything with their business after they sign up. However, more people are finding the business easier to duplicate than ever before. Plus, when people come to you, you're viewed as an honest business professional instead of someone trying to push a pyramid scheme. The old method of building a business is still the way some network marketing companies teach as the primary way to build a business. For the longest time, I thought the old method was the way to do it. It wasn't until I converted to the newer methods of network marketing that I finally was excited about my results.
