Creating a Website is something you may think you don't need. Especially if you're paying rent on a website with your own network marketing business, you really don't want to spend more money on another one. All you have to do is refer enough people to your business site and watch people buy the products and sign up to become representatives.
That's exactly what I thought. As you probably guessed, things didn't happen like I envisioned.
A few people I talked to would give me a click, but I wasn't getting the kind of traffic I needed to be successful. The company website I had was just like all the other representatives with the company. I found out later that these sites aren't too friendly with the search engines. To be successful in network marketing on the internet, you have to have a brand of your own.

The decision to get my own website is what took my mediocre business results with my company to explosive results. I would have found financial freedom much sooner had I done this a long time ago.
Your business will explode too when you get a lot of the right people looking at your business opportunity. The best prospect for your business is the person who is searching for information that you have and they click on your site. This is not the pay-per-click ads on the right side of the search page either. Your website can be listed in the top 10 of the FREE searches. You can't get a better lead than that. Creating a website on your own will help you get the best prospects you desire for your business. You don't want a list from a lead generation company where you have no idea how a person's name got on it in the first place.

Creating a website of your own can drive FREE traffic that is friendly to the search engines. When creating a website, you can start with a few pages of content for your visitor. You may start with a few clicks a day. The more pages of content you add, the more daily visitors you could potentially receive. Things start to percolate when you get a hundred or more clicks per day. It becomes pandemonium when you reach 1000 visitors every day. Many people are getting these kinds of numbers and much more after creating a website.
How is that done?It's done with content on your website with profitable keywords that appeals to both human visitors and the search engines. Let's say you sell musical instruments and you want to get a lot of visitors to your website. If you use musical instruments as a keyword to one of your articles, you may not get a lot of clicks. There is too much competition for those words. However, if you choose a specific instrument like the words pedal steel guitar, that phrase is more profitable. You have a better chance of ranking higher on the Google, Yahoo, and Bing search engines and have more targeted traffic visit your site. Creating a website of your own doesn't mean you should drop your company website. You need that site for signing up customers and representatives. You can use your business as the main focus of your new branded website or include it on the back end of it. You can get more back end sales by going this route. Think of your website as your own store in cyberspace. You want to have content that people want and are looking for on the internet. Your own website will create trust and credibility with your visitor. The main objective is to build a relationship with that visitor so they will come back and make purchases. You don’t have to be a computer wizard to create a website. When you are creating a website, you don't have to be an expert with computers. There are several good programs that walk you step by step in both video presentations and printed word on how to build an effective website. There are some inexpensive and practically free web hosts out there to choose from. If your budget is so tight, this may be something you might consider. However, some web hosts can provide some FREE keyword searches, FREE auto responders, and FREE tracking of who enters your website for about $30 a month. If your website is real basic, you may have to purchase these necessary programs after you start making money. It may be worth it to you now to invest in a good web host to avoid some of these costs later. I looked at several companies that sell websites. I chose

This has resulted in a lot of sales for many of us with our own branded websites. Your manufactured website from your MLM company can't do that. It's like owning your own store in cyberspace. Not only can you have your network marketing business website on there, you can get into affiliate marketing and have multiple streams of income. You can create your own content or find someone to do it for you. Unless you know someone who will do that for charity, having someone else put your website together will cost you some money. I'm not a writer You think you can't write content for a website? I've had quite a few people tell me that they can't write. Here's a question for you. Do you write emails and send text messages? Most of the time, I get a YES response. Before the days of the internet, did you write a lot of letters or write messages to other people? For people born before 1980, the response I get is usually NO. Think about it. People do more writing today than they ever did before the birth of the internet, email and text messaging. The key to creating a website is to write conversationally. It does take effort to do, but so does building a business. If you don't have the money to have someone else write for you, you will have to come out of your comfort zone a bit to make this happen. Just keep in mind that you won't be writing GONE WITH THE WIND. It's not necessary. It is important to have a lot of content that your website will get the click.
